New ALEXA S2.0. Quality without compromise

The new ALEXA S2.0 is a project that is the result of BORELLI group’s now fifty years of experience in the construction of corkers for straight corks and now, of course, also in silicone and plastic materials.

We wanted to bring to a small production machine all the technology typical of medium production capping turrets.

All in the BORELLI group philosophy, always careful to offer high quality products at extremely competitive prices.

Since this is a new project we cannot talk about improvements, but instead we describe the technical contents of this new capping turret:

  • All-stainless steel construction, stainless steel head, bronze carriages, and hardened and ground N690 steel dowels.
  • Easy adjustment of compressor plug closure on eccentric pin.
  • Large-capacity hopper with newly designed cap selection disc.
  • Plunger pusher mounted on self-lubricating bushings and ground chrome-plated steel rods in absolute absence of backlash even due to wear.
  • The BORELLI group’s innovative vacuum capping kit, operating on compressed air and Venturi tube, without a vacuum pump, is available as an option.

KUV1Pre-evacuating air from the bottle neck in satin capping is now a need felt by all as indispensable.

We offer you a very high-tech solution, surprising in its effectiveness, durability, silence and simplicity.

The KUV1 kit does not use vacuum pumps, but compressed air by exploiting the Venturi tube principle.

With this system we can guarantee constant vacuum levels because it is not affected by the performance of the vacuum pump.

In addition, the kit requires no maintenance, which is absolutely necessary for common vacuum pumps, and is not subject to any kind of wear and tear.
