Rinsing solutions

The technological content in a Rinser is mainly encapsulated in the bottle pincer.

Our pincer is a concentrate of technology in terms of quality of materials, care of processing and technical solutions adopted.

The pincer is made from stainless steel die castings subsequently machined by CNC machines.

The rubber pads are designed and machined to the profile of your bottles in order to ensure a secure grip without damaging them.

Replacement of the pads is simple and very fast; it is done without the use of tools.

Maintenance is minimized and extremely easy.

The Rinser is equipped, as standard, with taps that enable the water jet only when the bottle is present.

In this way, unnecessary waste and inconvenience due to free water jets on the machine are eliminated.

A double treatment solution is available as an option, which is particularly interesting in preparing the bottle for the next filling stage.

With this option it is possible to perform 2 treatments to the bottles:
1. an initial draining rinsing stage;
2. an effective injection of nitrogen into the bottle.

In fact, by taking advantage of the rinser to inject nitrogen, significantly better results are achieved than with other injection systems currently available on the market.

The XP version is characterized by extreme ease of use and maintenance, while retaining all the outstanding features of the TECNA range.

The stainless steel die-cast pincer with twist tilting, the rubber pads machined on each individual neck profile to achieve a secure grip without the risk of bottle damage, and the electric lift that facilitates size changeover are just some of the extraordinary features of this rinser.

Even for rinsing, we have managed to ensure great technical content without affecting costs.
