FUTURA V2.0 is the traditional aluminum screw capsule capping machine up to 3,000 bph and the ultimate evolution for this type of machine. We think it is difficult to do better.

The supporting structure of the turret is a very solid central column made of solid stainless steel that incorporates the optional manual or electric lifting system.

1) The capsule descent channel, entirely assembled with laser-cut stainless steel profiles, has hitherto unknown precision and robustness characteristics.

2) The photocell on the channel automatically manages both the start of the feeder and the eventual stop of the machine when capsules are missing.

3) The sealing head, also made entirely of stainless steel, has 4 rollers and the “NO CAP, NO ROLL” device that prevents rolling in case the bottle happens to be, accidentally, without a capsule, preserving both the glass and the integrity of the rollers.
