Not mere details

In the new machine series, we have introduced many improvements, and they are not just details.

The tanks of RM Line series fillers are now mirror polished with BA finish as standard, both internally and externally.

The open-type lifting system (1) involves the use of stainless steel posts in varying numbers depending on the size of the machine.

The gearbox and the system’s own mechanisms are housed immediately below the tank.

This solution allows the cylinder carousel to be left free of encumbrances of any kind, making it easier to wash and clean the machine, in the absolute absence of contamination due to mechanical parts subject to oxidation.

The new system is also available as an option in an electric version. (2)

On all machine series they are now totally made of stainless steel:

– the supports of the tailgates:

– the machine support feet;

– the handles of the accident-prevention doors.

This choice has enabled us to drastically reduce the use of plastic in our products, significantly improving recycling operations of end-of-life structures.

Next-generation hinges

New-generation hinges with built-in limit switches are now installed on the safety guards to improve safety and design on all machines in the new ranges.

These products were selected by the jury of “Innovation and Design Award 2007” in the “Innovation” category.
