CIAO+ is therefore available in versions:

• Flat top straight cork / synthetic stoppers

• Aluminum screw capsules, particularly attractive for ROPP 30×60 capsules

• Crown capsules

• Multi-System with multiple capping turrets mounted in the same monoblock

• All these solutions are available complete with rinser in XP versions

Structural solidity, first of all

The structural soundness of the machine is ensured by a very solid mechanical carpentry base entirely clad in AISI 304 stainless steel.

All parts in contact with the liquid are made exclusively of AISI 304 and AISI 316 stainless steel with the highest level of finish, such as to ensure maximum sterility and long life.

Versatility at your service

CIAO+ offers you the best of BORELLI group technology and does so with the utmost simplicity.

The machine is equipped with a conveyor belt, chain and self-contained towing with two alternative configurations:

1. the bottle collecting end plate, or
2. the side detour for side-by-side operation of your labeling machine.

Both solutions are standard.

The machine is equipped with an outlet for the wine feed pump controlled by level probes and optional mechanical or electronic speed variator. The basic configuration allows you to avoid complicated installations.

  • Loading

    Bottle loading is done manually directly on the conveyor belt with which the machine is equipped. The bottle is automatically picked up from the belt and started to the filling machine carousel.

  • Filling

    The bottle is lifted from the EVO cylinders up to the filling valve which provides safe, fast, and effective filling.

  • Leveling

    The EVO2 valve is self-leveling and this is regardless of the filling system used. Therefore the bottles leave the filling machine already perfectly leveled making the application of external levelers unnecessary, with great product savings and absolute safety.

  • Corking

    The full and already perfectly leveled bottle returns to the conveyor belt to be started, in a matter of seconds, to the ALEXA S2.0 corking machine, which provides capping with cork, cork or plastic materials.

    Air pre-evacuation

    For more effective capping, the innovative KUV1 vacuum corking kit operating with compressed air without a vacuum pump is available as an option.

  • Perfect bottles

    The full, capped bottle exits the machine. At this point CIAO+ offers you two solutions:
    1. a collection plate to pick up the full bottles, or
    2. a side deviation for easy side-by-side labeling machine.
    Both solutions are standard and the customer’s exclusive choice.

Flexibility

Modern production needs increasingly require the use of many bottle formats. CIAO+ is designed to best meet this important need.

It can work with any oenological format on the market today.

The maximum machinable bottle height is as high as 410 mm to allow you to use even special bottles without any problem.

In addition, it can process flush caps up to a length of 50 mm without replacing any parts from the machine in standard version.

Quick and easy adjustments

We know that your time is precious. We’ve thought about that, too. With CIAO+ you can perform bottle size changeover in less than 5 minutes.

Adjusting the height of the filler, the height of the corker, and changing stars are very fast, require no special skills, and are done without the use of any tools.
